AudX Privacy Policy

1. Information we process

(1) Audio and video files

• The audio or video you select in AudX is used only for on-device voice separation, accompaniment extraction, and instrument stem separation.
• AudX decodes audio, runs the separation model, and exports results locally on your device. Your selected media files are not uploaded to our own servers.
• Processed results and temporary files are typically stored in the app sandbox or in the Files folder you choose. You can delete them at any time.

(2) Device permissions

• Photos/Photo Library: used only to read audio or video you explicitly choose from Photos for local separation. AudX does not scan your entire library and does not save results back to Photos.
• Files access (macOS / iOS "Files"): used only to read the audio or video files you choose and to export separated audio into the folders you select.

We do not access files, photos, or media that are unrelated to your use of AudX.

2. Advertising and third-party services

The current version of AudX does not display third-party ads and does not integrate third-party advertising, behavioral analytics, or tracking SDKs. We do not share your media files or personal data with advertisers for ad targeting or remarketing.

3. Data storage and retention

• Separated audio, exported files, and temporary processing files are stored locally on your device.
• After a task completes or fails, AudX attempts to clean up temporary files. Exported results remain under your control.
• We do not maintain remote media-processing data that is linked to you as an individual user.

4. Children’s privacy

AudX is intended for a general audience and is not designed specifically for children under 13 years of age. If you are a minor, please use this app under the guidance and supervision of a parent or guardian.

5. Your choices and control

Because we do not store your media files or account data on our own servers, you can manage your information by:

• Deleting audio results you no longer need from Files or the output folders you selected;
• Revoking Photos, Files, or other permissions in system settings;
• Uninstalling the app to remove local data stored in the app sandbox;

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. If there are material changes, we will highlight them in the app update notes and encourage you to review the latest version.
